I had a great day yesterday:
2 protein drinks
1 americano with half and half
1 SF chai latte
crustless quiche-sausage and cheese
3 oz gyro meat
1 c beef stroganoff with a bite of squash and a small salad with ranch
2 servings SF panna cotta (made with Greek yogurt and buttermilk)

Calories: 1,160
Protein: 125g
Carbs: 42

Hi to All,

I'm sending out my  grateful   thank you for posting this accountability; strange, but it really does help me keep myself in line to be responsible to others...

B - choc & pb protein frappachino
MS - 10 mini cheddar pretzels, lf string cheese
L - 4 oz turkey bbq, 1/4 c steamed rice, 1 cucumber, sf mini pb cup
1 AS - diet swiss miss in coffee
2 AS - 3 prunes, couple pieces cashews
D - 4 oz turkey breast with 1oz slice havarti melted on top
ES - slice sf apricot cheesecake with 1 dk choc covered pecan garnish on top ( yummo )

96 oz clear liquids

Cals - 1112   Fat - 42   Carbs - 78   Protein - 108

All of you Ladies seem to be doing so well with your eating.  Today I didn't right down anything I was sp stressed out and pissed off to the highest of pisstivity about a situation, I just ATE.  I then got angry with myself for allowing the situation to take me to that level.

Kay you seem to be doing really great with your eating...I think I going to start following your plan.  I have calmed down so here's what I remember as far as my eating goes:

EM - Cottage Cheese & SF Strawberry Jam

B -    3 slices of Turkey Bacon

S -   8oz Skim Milk & 3 packs of 100 cal cookies

L -   Spinach Quiche / 2 sl turkey bacon

D -   1/2 Turkey Hoagie
