Wednesday Accountability

Good evening ladies.. Nothing exciting happening my way. Just a typical day! I hope everyone is having a nice day.

Breakfast:
Diet hot chocolate w/ 1/2 scoop of protein in it.
South Beach protein cereal bar

Snack:
1 HB egg
Handful of boiled peanuts.. friend was boiling some and had to taste!

Lunch:
Protein shake
Carb/sugar control yogart

Snack:
1 C. raw veggies
2 tbsp. of FF italian dressing

Dinner:
Baked chicken thigh
1 C. progresso lite veggie soup.
3 leftover steamed asparagus spears

Snack:
NSA blue bunny yogart... this is the best yogart ever!
1 slice of ham & 1 slice of 2% cheese rolled up with lil mustard

Thanks for posting this! I had a typical day as well, work, home, dishes, laundry, daughter to tap and a run at the gym and it is not quite 7 PM yet; no wonder I am tired!
B-scrambled eggs w cheese and 1 slice low carb toast w butter and sf jelly
L-split peas soup and a bread stick
S-sf pound cake
S string cheese
s-boiled egg
s-10 wheat thins and another string cheese
D-cubed steak from the crock pot, small baked potato, brocoli
S-healthy choice fudge bar
All my water, vitamins and a 30 minute run at the YMCA. Too many snacks should of had more protein with lunch and less carbs! I will do better tomorrow! Have a great night~

Mary have you been peeking into my life?  Our lives sound so similar with the tap and gym.  As a matter of fact yesterday is our busy day.  Acro, pom pom etc...  My day was rather busy.  I had to take my aunt and uncle to get their dog groomed, wal-mart----and everywhere else in the world.  So, because I was out all day I didn't eat enough protein or calories.
B-2 eggs, 2 pieces of 45 calorie whole wheat toast
no snack
L-zone bar
S-cheese it (in the car)
D-bacon and tomato sandwich  3 pc of bacon 3 slices of tomato, mayo made with olive oil (which is fantastic!) and 2 pc of texas toast
s-protein bar
s-2 tablespoon of peanut butter with carrots
I worked out so I know I didn't get enough of the right food or enough of it.

I am having swalling problems and didn't eat much and down 2 more pounds. I think I am going to the hospital today. I can't loose anymore.

Amy, I think you should go to the ER. I work on the gastric bypass floor in the hospital and it sounds like something is wrong. Let's just hope it's not!!
Let us know what's going on.

I went and had blood work done. I got some protein shakes. I dumped bad. I got boost. It has tons of sugar.....I just don't think I can do this anymore. I am so tired. Being skinny is not worth all I have done to my body. I don't know who I was trying to impress. All I have done is worrie my children. They get up every 2 hours at night and make sure I am breathing. I have took away their lives. I am sorry for so much. I am sorry if I let any of you down. I am just having a bad day. God bless all and have a good day.

sorry that you are having such a bad day. You need to go to the ER. U have to get something done. U are probably in need of an IV fluids and they can give you that. I hope you feel better soon.

Off of the board for a couple of days. I got is a good workout I moved my living room around. He he I am sore today.

s one bite of a pb cookie I made a ton of cookies for our open house at the fire dept. but I only ate one bite of one. ya for me.

Managing to eat just one bite of a peanut butter cookie is downright heroic! I am so impressed, because I know I wouldn't have been able to do that. Hooray for you!

it took everything i had to only eat that bite. I want so badly to loose the 60lbs i put on with my baby and another 50 or so. i am so disappointed in myself for putting on so much. I didn't reach my goal not even close so I am trying but it will not com off. so i am also thinking that maybe i need a revision. but i have to try first and see if i can do it.
