Good evening ladies!  I hope everyone is having a good day. Work is going by so slow! Is it Friday yet? I did good with my eating but like always, I have an issue with saying no at work. People bring junk everyday! I love halloween but the candy floating around the floor is crazy!

At work.. people always bring JUNK to work! I need to learn to say NO!

Up extra early to get stuff done. Actually have my carry on packed and the mapblast maps packed. Trying to figure out how to stay on track while in Hawaii. Impossible.   4:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:15 am 3.5 oz left over hamburger patty and 1 slice of white bread (choked down so my stomach wouldn't growl on the way to work, left for work late)

Protein: 133.2   All in all, after yesterday, I think I did alright. Packing is done mostly. I haven't touched the Wii in days. Too darn busy!   Tomorrow is the last day I'll remotely imagine that I could post till I come back on Monday. We'll see how my day goes. I have to take my little man (my little dog) to the kennel and I'm gonna miss him on my bed. He'll be safer at the kennel than hanging around here...The Candy Beagle too.  
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Had a bad day. I couldn't swallow..I don't know what happen but nothing even liquids would go down. I was so scared. My heart rate was 166. way to fast. My blood pressure was way,way low. I took 2 xanax and went to sleep. And didn't try anything else all day. So all I got choaked  down was crushed to powder xanax. But this morning it is better. I am drinking coffee. I am scared to try food. So I am going to get some shakes and drink them for a few days. If they don't go down, it is off to the E.R.  Had a bad,bad day. Cried all day. Was ready to give up and then both my children came home to spend the night with me. I didn't tell them I couldn't eat.

Aww Amy, sorry you felt bad yesterday but happy you feel better today! I hope everything is ok and you don't have to go to the ER. Take it easy today!

Good morning ladies,
Today was weird because I started my period and I really thought I was pregnant.  I was so dizzy I couldn't even stand up.  Anywhooo, I didn't eat enough.
B-protein coffee
B2-2 eggs 2 pieces of 45 calorie whole wheat toast
s-zone perfect bar (blueberry)
L- 2 tablespoons peanut butter with carrots dipped in it
I cup peas later after lunch
S-zone bar (cinnimon roll crunch)
D-1 tortilla filled with ground turkey, onion, green peppers, lettice and kidney beans
s-I fixed a bowl of sugar free ice cream with angelfood cake and didn't eat much of it, it wasen't hitting the spot
s later before bed--more peanut butter with carrots

Good Morning, on board and checking in...

Not a good day, not necessarily due to  "no-no" choices, but total numbers...Stopped for dinner after our Harley mtg and split with hubby as usual, he could not make up his mind the the final choice did not have much meat in it, of course, he wanted it cause he's a guy and he's hungry, boiled down to not enough protein on the plate to really share, which left me low on my choices and numbers...

B - choc / pb protein frappachino
1 MS - swiss mocha coffee
2 MS - strawberry carb control yogurt
L - 3/4 of a fried chicken breast, skin removed & 1/2 c cabbage
AS - coffee w/ diet swiss miss & 3 dark choc espresso beans

Hi everyone! I had planned on having another protein drink yesterday and just couldn't do it. Today I'm going to try having one right away in the morning instead of waiting until after work. That way I should have better numbers. I have a bad habit lately of just sipping coffee or tea all day and not really eating until later, then it's too late to catch up. Here was my day yesterday:
2 americanos with half and half
suisse mocha SF decaf coffee
1 protein drink-Champion whey stack
1 scrambled egg with cheese
2% cheddar cheese stick
2/3 Burgerville cheeseburger-no bun
salad with 3.5 oz. roasted chicken, almonds, pears, carrots, lettuce, 1 1/2 Tbl ranch dressing
Calories: 1,042
Protein: 91g
Carbs: 27g

Ooh, I would have such a hard time with candy around the office! I'm very lucky that my coworkers don't bring anything in. Stay strong and make sure to have your own sugar free candy to help with the temptation!
