Hey Everyone

Did a little cardio with Rocky this am walking around the lake.  And spot training, starting with the biceps.

Bicep Curls - 3 sets to failure -

Way to go Kathy! I'm still waiting to move, LOL! Its pretty chilly here this morning so my friend wanted to wait until this afternoon to walk~we will be doing 5miles at 1:30pm, LOL! I did take the dogs out for a quick mile this morning, but it was just too cold to go any further! Keep up the great work lady!!!!

It's getting to be that time of the  year, but hang in there.  They are saying we are going to have upper 70's all next week so warmer weather is coming....
