Tuesday's 5 day pouch test update
Hi all,
Just checking up on all those doing the 5 day pouch test this week. I did OK yesterday. I got all my water in and gym in. I had 2 protein drinks, 2 protein puddings and a bowl of split pea soup. I know it's on the menu for day 1 and 2 but have a hard time believing it. I only had 1 cup and it was mostly smushed peas. One more day of liquids and then it should get a bit better. How did you all do yesterday?

I did ok, for the most part. I had 2 potein shakes, 3 cups of chicken broth, several bucketfulls of water (at least - I was up 5 times during the night for potty breaks!), 2 glasses of iced tea, all my vitamins & only had a few crackers when I had an insulin reaction in the afternoon!. Today I have had 1 shake, a cup of broth & a cup of chicken soup for lunch. I also lost a pound by this morning. Water is getting in ok too. So far so good! Sounds like you are doing well, too.
