I'm headed out on Thursday but these last couple of days are HECTIC...Gota pack...gotta get my ducks in a row! get my head together.
I did keep track yesterday. My folks took us out for dinner and tonight...a surprise birthday party for a friend. I'm frazzled and I haven't even gotten to the airport yet!

Yesterday I felt munchy all day, craving carbs, and had a hard time sticking to plan, but when I logged everything I was surprised to see it wasn't as bad as I expected. Today I am working on bringing those carbs back down. Here's what I had:
2 protein drinks
1 SF decaf suisse mocha
2 americanos with half and half
mix of peanut butter, unsweetened coconut, flaxmeal, plum spread, and 1/2 banana (yum)
1 cup pork goulash with sour cream
1 cheddar cheese stick
3 teriyaki meatballs, 1/2 c green salad, 1/4 c plain acorn squash
1 frantic handful of ancient, stale Lucky Charms. Why?
