2.5 oz Steak strips
1 egg & 1 egg white scrambled w/ cheese

Snack:
Peach Mango protein smoothie from Smoothie King

Lunch:
8 pc Nuggets from chick fila w/ hot sauce

Snack:
South Beach protein cereal bar

Dinner: (leftover mexican)
2 beef enchiladas
1/4 C. Refried beans
1/4 C. Spanish rice
2 tbsp. of mexican corn

Running around like a maniac. T- minus two days until I push the ever-lovin' limits of my dumplessness in Vermont. Maple sugar candy--- hmm... think I won't????  Do ya KNOW me? I have a date with maple sugar candy, a brownie, and a cheeseburger-- and the rest is anyone's guess. Maybe a slice of pizza. Maybe you will find me face down in a vat of queso dip. You just never know! But for now-- I'm balancing well and doing what needs doing. I'm 95% angelic--- makes the 5% raw evil that much more fun!

L: Chicken of the Sea Tuna Cup, pkg Dr. Kracker Organic Pumpkin Cheddar Snack Chips ( a way to get my fat up and 6g protein!) and three peanut butter protein balls

1/2 flour tortilla with PB and SF jelly

Snack:
Hot tea and 4 peanut butter crackers

Lunch
Grilled chicken thigh (about 1/2 of one)
green beans
cheesy scalloped potatoes ( a few bites)
lemon bar ( a few small bites)

Snack:
Hot tea & 1 oatmeal raisin cookie ( the real deal...)

Dinner:
Cup of chili
3 saltines with butter

Snack:
Protein bar

I did not get in my water, but I did get in my vitamins today

Had an opportunity to attend the OH Event here is Philadelphia on Saturday and it was really awesome.  I was so motivated, especially after hearing "Ramon Lopez" speak; the man bought me to tears literally.  After listening to him, I just feel different...like I'm a brand new person.

O.k. I haven't posted in a while because I sorta got off track for a couple of days but here was yesterday...

L-salad with a can of albacore white tuna, 1/8 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/8 cup dried cherries, 1/8 cup of raisons, 1/3 cup of motz. cheese, 2 tablespoons dressing
D-corndog, baked fries and 1/2 cup of peas
S-bag of kettle corn (shared with two sons), slice of pumpkin bread
1812 calories
105 proteins

Hi Everyone,

I follow this post religiously and used to post to it daily...It's been a long time since I felt the need to post my accountability, but I find I am sliding on my grazing now that the holidays are around the corner again...That little voice says 1-2 candy corns is OK, 1 M&M no problem, except that the little slips are a problem for me, they lead to more and more...So here I am reporting in and hoping that by accounting out loud to others it will help me captain my ship on a straight and narrow course, guilt can be a powerful motivator...

B - peanutbutter and chocolate protein frappachino
MS - hard boiled egg, lf string cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice whole grain protein bread w/butter
L -4 oz roasted pork, 1/4 c steamed white rice
1 AS - 3 pieces candy corn  , 4 dk chocolate covered espresso beans

D - 3/4 c hearty chicken noodle casserole, 1/2 a sweet potato muffin
