Hey Everyone

How was your weekend?  Mine was spent cleaning out the garage before the snow starts to fall.  Now let me tell you, there was so much junk I threw away I am afraid the garage guy is going to charge me extra.  I got our Halloween stuff out (I love Halloween) and decided we don't have enough stuff   We have an arbor that is new and I want to find a really big spider to put on it..  And some spooky stuff to make the yard look like a grave yard..  Don't have a lot of money so I hope Wal-Mart has some good stuff.  So I worked hard this weekend but still found time to walk/run with Rocky and did sessions on my bag.

I was eating all weekend and didn't realize I was doing so  I have decided in addition to us advocating exercise here we also need some FORK POWER

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose Today and or Maintain?  Also, let's practice some FORK POWER.  We know they both go hand in hand for the best results.

Hey Kathy! We decorated for Halloween this weekend too! Also walked the dogs a few times so that was several extra miles I didn't count on! Did 5 miles today and still have to hop on the bike for at least 1/2hr (7.5 miles) I hear ya on the fork power!!! I'm with you all the way!!!

Just got back from lunch and walked over to the farm and got some more pumkins....hehehe  seems  you can't have enough.  It's so nice out...

Great job you are doing.  WOW, you always inspire me for sure
