Accountability Sunday
Since Dawn is busy and away, I'll do the accountability post. I hope nobody minds.
I just like to see what I eat all written down...
Breakfast:
3 oz thinly sliced round steak
1 scrambled egg
Snack:
100 calorie pack of pretzels
Carb/sugar control yogart
Lunch:
1/2 Grilled cheese sammy
1 C. Veggie soup
Snack:
1/2 a Hersey with almonds.. so bad but so good!
Dinner:
2 beef enchiladas
1/4 c. refried beans
1/4 c. spanish rice
2 tbsp. of mexican corn
Snack:
1 mini 100 calorie bag of popcorn
