Wow...exercise like that and low cals? You'll starve yourself! I went absolutely insane over the weekend when I thought I'd gained six pounds (SIX POUNDS!) but I think it was sal****er gain. It's gone now but it had me melting down pretty bad...

Don't beat yourself up over a couple of pounds. The way you work out, you gotta be putting on muscle...It weighs more. It's not the number on the scale but how your clothes fit. (all of the previous is stuff I should remember myself but promptly forgot when I saw that 131 on the scale.)

I had an appointment with doctor who is a nutritional specialist, due to my protein deficiency. The last labs were still too low.
According to the analysis, I have 33% body fat, 47% water, 4.9% bone mass, and 35% muscle. Now this doesn't add up , so I just don't get it. Also my BMR showed I needed 2400 cal to maintain!
I question this technology. Anyway.... I am supposed to have TWO protein drinks a day, but if I eat any dense protein, I stay full for a long time, and can barely get in water, protein drinks have more substance, and make me feel almost as full as a protein first meal. I am finding there aren't enough hours in the day!  I have been missing my yogurt, which I really need for digestion reasons.

B) 1 can Campbell's veggie soup
L)) Tuna salad sandwich with low cal bread
D) 2oz Parm ch****n, 2 oz angel hair pasta with tomato sauce, med-large crusty bread round with bruchetta
S) Cornish game hen breast with 2 oz rice.
S) 5oz Greek yogurt.

This is EID, and everyone has brought food, and I also took food to to ohers as gifts. Too many cals I think and maybe carbs, but the actual amount of food I've eaten has been very little. I know I should do Fitday.

I would drink the water first, then eat the yogurt, then the protein drink...THEN the dense protein. I have to do that too. I adjust my diet for what I need by where and when I eat the dense protein. That's why I keep track of the times. I drink water straight up to when I start eating so that Ican get it all in and keep a bottle with me when I'm driving.

Hope you get it all worked out...Keep trying.

Today was my day to spend with my Mom.  Once a month the Seniors go to Atlantic City so to give her company during her outing.....since she doesn't like to hang out with the "Old People" (she's 85) I tag along.  Didn't do as much walking as I would have like to have done but here's my menu.

EAS Carb Control Protein Shake
Decaf Coffee

1/2 Beef Sausage &  Egg on Whole Wheat

1/2 of 1/2 of Corned Beef on Jewish Rye w/spicy brown mustard
and a jewish pickle (we ate the Pickle's Restaurant) in Bally's 

Hand full of Raisnette's

We were back home by 6P...I dropped her off at home and I was home and in bed by 7:30P.  GOD did she wear me OUT!!!!!

That is SO  SWEET! She doesn't like to hang out with old people. I had a great aunt that also felt that way, for good reason. She was 85 when we had a reunion up in montana. My other Aunt brought her mother in law and the two of them were the same age...I just hated it cuz the other old woman drooled and didn't even know where she was...Poor Mary. I could see on her face that she recognized she was totally blessed to NOT be like Lucille...

Isn't it amazing how someone that much older can wear us out? I sure hope I get the chance to wear out my kids when I'm older. I already irritate them. heheheh.

Got up about 10:30 and had my morning folgers coffee with carnation nonfat creamer.
1:30 had deli turkey on a low carb wheat wrap.
6:00 3 chunks of little beef stew with gravy. 2 small potatoes. 1 bread stick with cheesee in it.
8:00 2 hand fulls of salt and vinager chips.

got in all my water then some. I think I am drinking to much. I had my coffee and like 10 bottles of 9  oz. of water with ocean spray in it. 
That was alot of eating for me.

So far I've had a protein shake 30g
1 cup black coffee for dinner I'm going to have some spicy hot wings with ranch dressing. and drink my 6- 8 glasses of liquids today.
