Well, today stacked up pretty nicely. I had my allergy shots and now I'm sneezing my head off...Must be a reaction, darn it.

10:30 3 oz chicken, 1 cup lettuce, ½ tomato, 1 oz low fat cotttage cheese, 1 oz vinaigrette dressing.

1 cup chicken/cabbage curry soup
crustless quiche-bacon and cheese
1 beef bratwurst with sauerkraut and onions
10 sugar free lifesavers-yes, I freaked out and ate all of them.
1 Tbl homemade grape jelly-I had to do some quality control while canning. Yum.

Your allergy shot makes you sneezy? How strange! I hope it is better by morning and you get a good nights rest. I always feel so sleepy after a flu shot or an immunization; it must be in my head. I had an o.k day except for some peanut M&M's.

Yeah, it has to be the shots because the day before, well, all week I've been fine on the drive home. I do put the top down on the convertible so any pollen in the air is right in my face. Why would I sneeze every minute and a half on a half hour drive home AFTER my shots...It's going to be brought up at the doctors next week...

work out 80 minutes. 4 protein shakes, 4 chicken tenders in balsamic vinegar, 3 cheetos, pumpkin seeds and craisins, 1 0z cheese. about 1000 cals. Determined to lower the carb intake, because I gained a few lbs since adding carbs and am not happy with it. guess they just don't work well with me.
