Hey Everyone,

Well I have been busy with the screamin knees 5k that I ran/walked last weekend.  Time was not the greatest but I crossed the finish line and not on a streacher so I am happy  Hubby is up and walking around from his hip replacement surgery so I am ready to Rock and Roll and get back to our Movin and Losin and or Maintaining

Took Rocky for a very fast walk this morn as it was only in the 40's.  Then I hit the Y for a few laps of swimming.  I am not the best swimmer but wanted to get in some cardio as I want to drop a few pounds before going to LA for our event on Halloween.  Going to pound the bag after work

So my friends, come on in let's get caught up and with winter coming we need to keep each other on track more than ever.  And dare I mention the "H" word?  Holidays

So Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Let's get going!!!!!

Walked 3 miles during my lunchbreak.
Congrats on your running, that's one thing I won't do...run!! But I walk fast!

Great job with our walking  I assure you I walked more than I ran and even though I love it my body doesn't so I don't think running full time is in my future...  But hey, I am so thankful for all I can do now

Hey there! Its good to hear from you!!!

I did 3 miles WATP and have clocked in 14.5miles on the recumbent bike today. I actually hope to get another 7 miles in tonite while I'm watching tv. I'm really trying to ramp up my cardio and my weights for the next month to see if I can get some noticeable results. Wish  me luck on keeping it up, LOL!!!!!!

im walking or hitting the gym with my walking buddy 3x a week.  trying to gear my mind up to see if i can add an additional day.

Here in Az, the temps finally get below the 100s in the fall, and the mornings have been bliss. So! It's morning bike rides every day! I've got some work ahead of me, but I'm loving my bike!
