What a cool idea! An apple tasting party. Hope you had tons of SF Apple pie and cake around too...LOL. My family eats apples in apple sauce..That's the only way other than cake and pie. I love them fresh but they're not done learning from me, I guess.

2404 Calories is a LOT but it's only one day. It can't sink your ship. A month or two of that might but one day...No sweat. I do agree that the Mac-n-cheese might have been a bit much but it's SO GOOD...once in a while.

Breakfast....1 cup of coffee with carnation nonfat creamer
later had a bottle of water with ocean spray

lunch...Went to the doctor and then me and my Daughter went to burger king and I got a whopper Jr. took off the top bun ate the meat and bottom bun and the onion,pickles and mayo.

Dinner....was so worried I ate the whoopper Jr. that I did not eat any dinner.

rest of the night I drank about 6 bottles on and off the night of water with ocean spray.
So I only had the whopper  Jr. I have no clue how many calories in it. I gotta let the guilt go...that is one thing I am working on.

That Whopper Junior can't be any worse than a Del Taco hamburger...I do the same thing. Around here (California) people order a burger without the bun completely...They wrap it in lettuce. So it's practically normal around here.

Last night we picked 10 lbs of perfect concord grapes from our arbor to make jelly-it was so cool! Yesterday I didn't eat as much as usual:
1 americano with half and half
1 suisse mocha SF decaf
1 black tea
1 cup hamburger/cabbage soup with 1 Tbl sour cream
crustless quiche-bacon and swiss
2 grilled drumsticks
1 protein drink
1 handful grapes
Calories: 1,068
Protein: 92g
Carbs: 30g

You did great! Your calories: protein ratio is near perfect...Now you could have eaten a bit more (alot more. LOL) but you did good...
