So I'm over compensating for the melt down of thinking I'm a heffer...LOL. My day was hectic and I'll be doing the Wii and probably having a dessert...So here's the list for Monday:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am oatmeal, soy protein, TVP, soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz GV Pink Lemonade
8:00 am 12 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Cran-Peach
9:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 piece deli ham meat
9:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:15 am DelMonte Harvest Selections, Beef & Vegetable Stew (not bad)
11:15 am 12 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Cran-Peach
12:30 pm 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry
1:30 pm Chicken salad: 3 oz chicken, 1 cup lettuce, ½ medium tomato, 1 oz low fat cottage cheese, 1 oz Kraft Free Dijon Salad Dressing, 1/4 cup canned green peas drained
2:15 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink  Mix, Cool Raspberry
4:10 pm ½ ounce of Beef Jerky (half package)
4:40 pm 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Orange
6:15 pm 5.5 oz beef steak, grilled, 1/2 cup canned pickled beets   Totals for the day:

Protein: 152

Ok, here it is:

B - 6 munchkins & a lg. iced coffee with cream & sugar from Dunkin Donuts
L - 1/4 beef quesadilla from dinner last night, 2 sticks string cheese, 1/2 c. pepperoni chunks, 1/2 c. fresh pineapple, 6 small pieces Daim candy (from Ikea).
S - Banana Scream Shake (2 scoops protein, 2 scoops upcal D, 2 c crushed ice, 1 c. half & half)
D - 2 sm. buckwheat pancakes (4" diameter), 2 large apple-maple chicken sausages (YUM!), butter, maple syrup, coffee w/ cream & sugar.
S - Banana scream shake, again
S - popcorn loaded with butter, crystal light

It was a very carb-y day for me.  I actually forgot to eat my "real" breakfast (the typical bac/egg/chs on 1/2 croissant), and by the time I remembered, it was disgusting, so I ate the rest of my daughter's munchkins (the Dunkin Donuts ladies are really generous with her munchkins) instead.

I don't think it's going to be much better tomorrow, as I've just finished baking a pear cake...

I made a pear pie once...It was really good. I should do that again...actually, now that pears are JUST out of season, it's alittle late.

Well, a couple of bad days isn't going to sink your ship...Bad months, however, you'll be taking on water like crazy. LOL>

Here's it is..

Breakfast:
Protein shake

Snack:
Apple
Carb/sugar control  yogart

Lunch:
South beach cereal protein bar

Snack:
1 C. Raw veggies w/ 2 tbsp. of FF italian
1/2 C. NSA fruit coctail

Dinner:
Smart One's frozen dinner
5 asparagus spears

Snack:
WW Yogart
1 sice of turkey & 1 slice of cheese rolled up


I'm a little low on calories so I'm gonna have a hot chocolate with protein in it when I get home.

I absolutely love SoBe Protein Bars...They do however, cause some pretty noxious gas so I limit them to late in the afternoon or on the weekends. I send up a nasty green cloud around my desk otherwise..LOL.

Looks like you were low on calories but overall it was a really good protein day...Keep up the good work!

I was hungry all day today! No reason either except maybe I started the day with my turkey trot training walk 5 min run 3 walk 1 and repeat 6 times. I am used to exercising in the mornings though.
B-egg substitute,bacon,spinach,mushrooms and cheese
L-brocoli, meat spaghetti sauce parmeson, red grapes and cantelope and a small piece of bread
S SF FF pudding
S-EAS carb advantage protein bar
D-hamburger gravy and low carb taost
S 1/2 aunt annies pretzel
S-raison bran crunch and skim milk
forgot mu iron but got my calcium and all the others and my water. I think I drank too much crystal light today is why I was hungry all day, I will just have plain water tomorrow and see if that helps; it has in the past. One day down 4 to go! Have a great week!

Boy I have days like that. I switched my Wii session up last night and opened up a couple new games...I felt hungry but still was able to sleep last night afterwards. I guess I'm not getting too Aerobic otherwise, I'd have trouble sleeping.

Did you exercise before or after breakfast. Wii told me last night that a banana before training hard is good for the carbs and instant energy. (I'm such a Wii sucker..)

I think the spinach might have helped you with the iron too.

B) Missed again
L) 3 oz meatloaf, 8-9 peices fried okra, boiled cabbage, very little, cornbread
D) Fried chicken wing, 1 oz breast meat, tablespoon mashed potatoes, very little cabbage, probably 1/8 cup, 1/2 corn muffin
S) 2 oz  tuna salad, 1 slice low carb bread

Probably have a EAS before bed.
Down to 139 today.

Wow...Is that your current weight? 139? You're doing awesome...

Your list is short and sweet. I'm hoping you got in a TON of water. That would make it just perfect.

Oh boy!  I am either going to start my period next week or I am pregnant.  I can not stop eating!
b-protein coffee
b2-2 pieces 45 cal whole wheat toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
l-salad with can of tuna, dried cranberries (third cup), dried cherries (third cup), third cup of shreadded cheese, 2 tablsp. dressing, radishes, and fourth cup sunflower seeds.  I didn't eat it all but counted the calories anyway.
s-kashi granola mix
s-south beach bar
d-went to my mom-in-laws and she had frozen pizza (so many calories and salt)  I ate one piece.
s-apple (my sister in law lives in New York and she sent us some different kinds of apples that we can't get here in Missouri.  We had a small apple tasting party it was really fun and the kids loved it.  My favorite was called a honey crisp).
s-kashi granola
later on I had a cup of mac-n-cheese with extra cheese sprinkled on it UGGGGG.
I ended up with 2404 calories and 115 proteins.  WOW, I haven't had that many for a long time.  Better luck today!  Have a great day and God bless, Penni
