Well, the day was a productive one. Furniture moved...Decorations brought out for Halloween...I'm getting into the season, I guess.

My day in caloric intake:

Regular breakfast of oatmeal, TVP, 1 apple sauce cup, 1 cup soy milk, coffee
SoBe Protein Drink
2 fried eggs, 1 serving of SOS on a biscuit and some home fried potatoes.
left over hash brown Hamburger Helper
left over steak and potatoes with canned sweet peas

Not enough water.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 2008
Fat: 96
Carbs: 170
Protein: 126

Well, I'm not going to starve to death and I guess I'm not afraid that what I'm eating is the cause of my small gain. Maybe I'm over it already. Hopefully.

I am ready to get out the decorations but need to do a deep clean first; fall is in the air! I went for my Turkey Trot training this morning; two months until the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5K at the YMCA!
B protein drink
S-2 0z grilled chicken
Lscrambled eegs w cheese and low carb toast
S-5 donut holes at the mall
S-baked cheetos
D-roast, mash taters gravy and brocoli
S 1/2 NSA vanilla with SF caramel
All my water. calcium and vitamins. Took my 16 year old niece to look for a prom dress she did not find one she liked and then  had my in laws over for dinner. I am just now getting in the shower and off to bed; I am pooped! Have a great weekend everyone!

ME TOO! Decorations are out and sadly, I discovered I have FIVE huge boxes of Halloween decorations. I think that's almost as much as I have for Christmas. half a box for Thanksgiving..

And today, we're going to get more decorations cuz I get to have a party next weekend..It's my birthday and I get what I want...I wanna party so there you go.

Your day looks really good. Hey, that shopping for prom dresses can be listed as an olympic sport, in my book...But now is the time to be looking. Seriously. When we were growing up all of us (four) were the same sizes so we swapped them all the time.

Good morning all!  If you haven't noticed I usually post the day after.
b-protein coffee
b2- 2 eggs 2 pieces of toast (I started using the 45 calorie whole wheat bread and I really like it)
s-chocolate chip cookie (I was garage saling and their were two little ones selling them and I didn't want to disappoint them)
l-salad with can of chicken, dreid cherries, dried cranberries, onion, tomato, and dressing
s-protein coffee
s-2 tablespoons of peanut butter with 19 pretzels
banana
d-corndog with baked french fries
s-popcorn with butter and salt

way to much salt!

That's alright by me cuz I sometimes get too tired to post at the end of the day. Or I can't get near the computer cuz other people have parked on it....LOL.

I need to get the salt out lately myself. Good numbers.

I've tried all sorts of hot dogs and just can't choke them down, they make my pouch alittle queasy...I think it's the fat. I think after years of being a cheap dog eater, I'm gonna have to graduate to the all beef variety...Oh well...hot dogs are just not for cheapos like me, I guess.

Not a good eating day for me at all.  I do good all week and Saturdays, I blow it! I need to stop that. Anyway here's the damage...

2 slices of lite wheat toast with spray butter
String cheese
Salad from Perkins.. lettuce, turkey, ham, cheese, boiled egg, bacon & ranch dressing
1 Oatmeal Rasin Cookie
Handful of Mixed nuts
2 slices of Turkey & 1 slice of cheese rolled up with spicy mustard
1 peanut butter cookie
2 Hot wings
1/2 C.Shrimp lo mein
1/2  egg roll
1/4 C. Fried rice


And to top off my day of CARBS, I had 2 lite beers

See? I know where you went wrong...The toast. when I have toast first thing, I know that the carb monster is gonna get me...LOL...

Carbs just want one thing...MORE CARBS..

Well, tomorrow is another day. You definitely get do-overs after that day.
