It's working...But I should be happy.

I don't have anything to say that hasn't already been said, but I just wanted to drop a note of support. You are an inspiration to all of us and are always so supportive, accepting, and have great advice. Just keep doing what you know you should be doing...give it another week or two and see where you're at before making any drastic changes... I honestly don't know how fast muscle weight increases...but I would ride it out a little longer before getting too concerned. you've got this system down good and you are going to continue to be successful.  If something has changed that causes you to gain too much weight (which right now you're at goal, which is good news right?) I know you're so committed to your success that you won't just let it all go and give up and say "oh well I guess I'm just gonna be obese"...no no no you'll figure it out, things might need a little tweeking now that you're over 2 years out, but I know you will figure out exactly what you need to do, or keep doing to sustain your success.  You're just awesome like that and an inspiration to us!  Keep up the good work, and reevaluate in a week.  That's my suggestion, but do what you feel is best for YOU!

Thanks again for all you do.

You're right, of course. I just needed to hear the same stuff I'm telling other people on the boards myself. I small little pity party, I guess. I was thinking (for a moment) of staying off the Wii for a few days but I just need to build up my strength and balance. It's surprising but I still tend to lean back to compensate for my fat front that is no longer there...LOL. That could be a problem later. So I need to get back on theWii and full steam ahead and conquer this monster...

Thanks for the encouragement..It really does help me.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

You know I'm trying to get to 150, I feel better there and the Doctor is happy with that weight, and unhappy when I lose more.
I lost ground to  140 while trying to gain. Well I gained a pound this week, and I feel ambivalent about it myself. So I know where you are. I have no answer, except to say I don't know how to handle the emotions. I think I may like the cushion of being under goal. I have no clue if we can ever just relax and feel normal. I think we can't.

I know exactly what you mean. With me, it's that fat girl voice in the back of my head saying "Yeah, I knew you'd be back.." even at one pound up. I gained alittle more yesterday, according to the Wii...I'm going to try and ignore it and see what happens. ambivalent is a great word...
