Maybe be in bed early tonight. and just maybe have dessert alittle later. I'll include a half cup of Frozen Yogurt in my totals just in case. LOL.

6:30 am oatmeal, tvp (20), soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz SoBe Protein Drink Mix, Tropical
8:50 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc deli ham, 1 medium peach
10:30 am small low carb stuffed bell pepper
11:00 am 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry
12:30 pm 3 oz grilled salmon, 1 cup cesaer salad (at the new Claim Jumpers!)
1:30 pm 24 oz GV Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
2:30 pm 1 Balance Bare Protein Bar
4:00 pm 1 serving All Bran Crackers

Seems no one gets married in June anymore, I guess. It's probably a good thing too cuz in June we'd have had all the relatives from other states with school aged kids coming and that would be 200 guests (at $24.99 each) at the reception...So it was planned pretty well, I guess.

I've got three weeks till the wedding and five till the reception..whew. Time does fly!

B) EAS drink
L) Indian food- chick peas with potatoes and cauliflour, onions and peppers with rice. Probably 1 1/2 cup total.
D) The toppings of 3 slices pizza with beef, onions, banana peppers and mushrooms.
I am too full and may never eat again!

Some how pizza, even if it's just the toppings, tends to fill me up completely..I've been craving it too. I'm thinking anchovies again..LOL. good thing dh and I agree on that.

Have a great weekend.

I love grapefruit juice. I remember one of my friends was a wrestler and his coach put him on a grapefruit diet. He lost 80 pounds on that diet...Looked good for about six months and then the inevitable happened...chunky monkey came back.

Have a great weekend!

I didn't do very good the past two day so I decided to just start over today.  I got a new notebook (I was due for one) and am turning over a new leaf.  Have a great day and God bless, Penni

I was just asking for do-overs the other day...Good for you. It's one thing to say you messed up but quite another thing to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and START OVER...Good job!
