Friday Weigh-in!
I eat dense protien first then fresh veggies/fruits. I don't drink with my meals and I exercise everyday. During my lunchtime I walk at work 3 miles at a local park with my girlfriend. Then on Mon and Wed it's water aerobics after work at the gym. Tue and Thurs it's weight lifting class and this Saturday I'm going to do water aerobics again with my BF Deb who had the lapband, she's doing great and we are each other's biggest cheerleaders.
I never ever drink protien shakes and only once in awhile will have diet pop (only one and it takes me a long time to drink it) Diet pop makes me more hungry so I stay away from it.
