I'm Cold....

The season is changing and the weather is getting cooler and I am freezing!  Last winter I slept with my heating pad all winter. I'm planing to buy me an electric blanket this year.  My fingertips
are tingling, and I'm alreading sleeping in my socks and sweatpants....is any body else cold.

I went from sleeping under a sheet in the dead opf winter and never even owning a coat or wearing a sweater, to FREEZING even during this time of year.
Now I wear flannel pj's and socks and I take a sweater with me to resturants even in summer because it's always too cold for me.
I think lots of us have this problems I've seen it mentioned a lot.

I stay cold all the time ,I use to sweat all the time even in the winter ,now I do have a electric blanket & got a waterbed also with heat lol ,I wear a sweater almost all the time ,so get use to it ,we have lost our instulation lol,

Yes, we've lost out insulation!

Last summer my air con was always going.  This summer my family is complaining how hot my house is.  Now that winter is coming, I am FRREEZZZINNNGGG!  I walk around with socks, sweater, and it is in the 60s.  I am gonna be in big trouble when the snow comes.    Glad I am not alone...hehe...I guess it is better to be cold because we can always warm up eh?

I am freezing to death and it is only September... I already pulled out my long johns and wear them around the house in the evenings & to bead. Of course, DH has the air conditioning on and is running around in his underwear. It is going to be a long cold winter...

WOW, I just remembered my heavy coat is a 3x.. guess I better get shopping huh??

yup im always cold now, wearing my socks and today i even had a scarf around my neck at work.

I am always freezing too!  I used to be hot-natured before WLS, and now I am one of those people I used to get mad at when I was fat because they are always whining about being cold!  But give me cold over fat any day!

It gets better...

I was also like that for the first few years.  After a while your body realizes that the fat isn't coming back and it regulates itself.  But it don't happen over night.

I still get cold faster than I used to, but nowhere near a cold as the first 2 years after surgery.
