B) Biscuit with 2 slices turkey bacon, about 6 g protein
L) All the insides of a cold cut trio from Subway ( 12 Inch) , I had cheese, the turkey based ham, salami and bologna, lettuce, pickles, peppers, onions and tomatoes with vinegar. I never eat the bread. NO idea of counts, the Subway web site says about 40 grams protein for the 12 inch Cold Cut Trio!.
S) EAS protein drink, always the low carb, 17g protein
S 5 pizza style combos snacks, mostly carbs, a little protein
D) Roasted chicken leg, carrots, potatoes, onions with olive oil, some butter, rosemary and bay leaves...roasted cauliflour with garlic, olive oil  and pamesean cheese. Around 28 g protein for the leg, 1 from the carrots, maybe 4 from the other veggies.
S) 2 oz of the chicken breast with 1 slice 40 cal bread. few more grams protein.
I didn't check the carb count, I just didn't want to know, and I don't usually count fats as I have a 200 cm common channel and don't absorb but about 20% of the fats I eat.
So I got about 108g protein. Good for me!

I figure I don't absorb much fat either but when I eat it, it causes my stomach (pouch) to really grumble..Oh well, it's not enough grumbling to keep me from ever trying it. I try it all the time. It has to be good for my skin and hair, right? LOL.

108 protein is really good. Have a great weekend and keep up the good work.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Chasing toddlers definitely counts as exercise...I KNOW that for sure!

I can hardly wait till they have apples on sale around here so I can have peanut butter.

I'm so happy to report that when I weighed the first part of the week I was at 205 and when I weighed today I am at 200.3 :)

Yesterday:
2 boiled eggs

3 slices turkey, green beans, pickles

Spinach/mozzerella/mushroom pizza (3 tiny slices) *mostly just the toppings

Didn't snack at all, got plenty of water, went to the grocery store last night so am better prepared with snacks today!

Have a great weekend all!!!
