what a great meal plan you have there.. did you got to a dietician..
I have been going to a dietician and they aren't getting it .. I need to show them your day..
I wish I knew how to work a day like that..(you don't get hungry)
I can't believe you are able to eat steak .. I am so envious.. I love the smell and taste.. but one swallow and I am ill. I miss it so much...

That's awesome about the belt test...And sometimes watching your grandkids can be a work out better than any...They don't call it the terrible twos for nothing.

Keep up the good work.

I hate when that happens! But I don't worry about one low day...Now if it was a low WEEK...Then I'd worry.

You did pretty good...Really good. Keep up the good work and have a great weekend.

Now that's what I shoot for...10% of my calories are protein..You did really well on that! Not bad on the veggies but no problem at all on the protein..

Have a great weekend and keep after it.
