I drank lots of water but I think 36 hours of nothing but fluids was all my body was willing to deal with. I feel great, I'm on track, so all in all I think it's ok even though I didn't follow through with the 5dpt. I was just looking to get back on track and I did :) It's been a while so I'm feeling proud of me for a change!

I did a stupid yesterday and didn't have my coffee again in the morning. Stupid, stupid, stupid!
B - double protein shake!
L - pepperoni & cheese chunks, grapes, brownie
D - seafood newburg over about 1/2 c. protein pasta
S - cupcake middles* (about 3)
*See, last night, I remembered that I had to bake a cake for my coworker's birthday today. She likes ice-cream cake, so I decided to make ice-cream cupcakes. I used silicone liners for my cupcake pan, and I made 6 chocolate cupcakes and 8x8 cake (to use up the rest of the batter). When the cupcakes cooled, I cut the tops and the bottoms off, and took out the middles. I put the bottoms back in the silicone liners, put some softened mint chocolate chip ice cream on them, then put the tops back on. After they froze solid again, I put some icing (from a tub - I wasn't feeling all Becky Home-Ec-ky at 10:30 last night!) on them and called it a day.
My department loved their cupcakes today (so did I, but that's going on tomorrow's accountability...)

Now I'm thinking those reduced sugar Pillsbury cake mixes and frozen NSA yogurt for those cupcakes and I'm in heaven...
