Hi Paula. I find thedailyplate the most user friendly. The beginning takes some time to set it up, but once you have your favorite foods added to your list and your favorite exercises added, then its quick and easy. I also like the way your calories burned thru exercise are reflected for the day. Fitday seemed more difficult to use and I just never really got into sparkpeople~although I still get emails with good info from both. Good Luck!
