Howdy neighbor!

What is your calorie count for the day look like? What weight are you at and where are you suppose to be?
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I was going to say the same thing as the other ladies, LOL!!! Track your food and see where your calories are at. Sometimes its hard to find just the right balance for you~Lots of trial and error~but you'll figure it out!!! Here's a few resources that might be helpful to you~

If you're working out that much, it could be that you aren't getting enough calories in. Even with exercise, if you don't give your body enough calories, it will hang on to every little bit. Stall or gain. You might want to track what you are eating and what you are burning to help you figure it out. Gets tricky sometimes, especially the further out you get. I suppose technically you are still in the 'honeymoon phase'...but you still could not be giving yourself enough fuel.

I agree with the other poster who suggested that you increase your intake. Sometimes the body will sense a famine when we're dieting and not taking in enough calories and shut down the loss...Give increasing your calories a try...

I'm maintaining at 122 with between 1600 and 2000 calories most days but that's me...

Hi Jenny, your in a stall right now. You will still lose so just stay off the scale for now. You are working out quite a bit and I believe you are NOT getting in enough calories. Shake up that matabolism, try upping to at least 1400 calories. Your body is hanging on to everything right now. I work out everyday and I'm still losing weight at a slow pace but I'm still losing. I'm not on a diet, it's a lifestyle change and if you are doing everything right, stay off the scale for now. Go by your clothes or measure yourself.

Jenny, in addition to tracking your intake, I suggest you change what you are eating, shake things up a bit; your body is probably comfortable with what you are eating.....I know for me when I shake up the foods I eat I see progress.
