Accountability Tuesday
I did o.k. yesterday!
B1- Protein coffee
B2-2 eggs, 2 pc whole wheat toast
S- banana
L-salad with half can tuna, tomato, onion, dried cherries, dried cranberries, chick peas, and hard boiled egg
S- sugar free angelfood cake
s- half a pk. of nekot cookies (they are cookies packaged in sixes and I finished my son's
)
D- Zone bar
went and worked out. power walked 2 miles and did legs and abs
S-protein shake
later some pretzels dipped in peanut butter
calories-1558
protein-123
Not bad but hopefully an even better day today.

I wish both you and your husband luck Dawn with his surgery...my Mother had both of her done some years ago...now she can see better than me. LOL
I'm going to cut out my stomach and live on nothing but bread and water. I haven't been doing well at all with my eating. I'm finding it hard to stay on track, and I always seem to be hungry, no actually starving. I need help and suggestions...here is what I ate on Tuesday.
EM - EAS Protein Shake 17g (had @ 6a)

1 scrambled egg w/ cheese, peppers & onions 5.1g
L - 3oz Tuna w/ tossed salad of spinach & lettuce 22.1g
1 srv salad dressing 0 g
S - 6 Meatballs/ 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese 27g
D - 1/2 Turkey Breast Sandwich on Toasted Wheat Bread
w/ lettuce, tomato & little mayo 7.7g
1 Bag Kettle Cooked Potato Chips 4g

How about your water intake? Are you drinking enough water? When I first get a signal that I'm hungry I drink a 24 oz container of water just to be SURE I'm really hungry and then I eat the meat (protein) first..Then the good veggies..Bread LAST..If I have room.
And bread and pasta (and candy) tends to make me feel really hungry and I want more of that stuff.

L - London Broil (6 oz) & 1/2 mashed potatoes, 1 brownie
S - protein shake (2 scoops chocolate Muscle Milk powder, 2 scoops upcal D, 2 c. crushed ice, 1 c. half&half, whizzed up in the blender)
D - 1 fried egg, 2 pieces of scrapple, 1/2 bagel w/ 3 oz cream cheese (yes, I like a little bagel with my cream cheese)
S - 1 cheese stick, 3 pepperoni chunks (while I was making today's lunch)
I was kind of bored with eating yesterday - nothing was appetizing. Today, unfortunately, promises to bring more of the same attitude. Blah.

When I'm too bored to eat I just don't...That gets me in trouble and I can't even manage 1200 calories a day...Then the scale screams at me in a couple of days. I can't afford to have the number go down any more...LOL. Never thought I'd have to say that...
