Well, tomorrow is the first cataract surgery for my husband. Wish me luck!

Today's list:

4:00 am 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss
6:30 am oatmeal, tvp, fruit cup, soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz SoBe Protein Drink Mix, Tropical
8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 medium peach
9:00 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
10:00 am 1 pkg Pringles Stix, Honey Wheat
10:15 am Lean Cuisine meal. Didn't eat all the vermicili but added 2 oz of grilled chicken breast.
11:15 am 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Tangerine Strawberry
12:30 pm 18 all-bran crackers and 2 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
2:00 pm 1 Protein Balance Gold bar.
2:30 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Cool Raspberry
3:15 pm 1 medium orange
4:00 pm 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, tangerine strawberry
6:00 pm 4 oz beef steak, 1/4 cup mixed veggies (canned) 1/2 baked potato (small) and 1/2 cup of Frozen Yogurt.

How did you all do? I think I did horrible on teh calories but did pretty darn good on teh protein...Heck, I could have gotten by on half of everything..LOL Someday that scale is gonna plummet and I'll be really sorry.

Hi Everyone,

Not the best day, not the worst. Oh, how I long to get serious and reach my goal weight. At least lose the 15 lbs I've gained. This "Grad" board is the most wonderful support.

The numbers look good to me..And alot of good stuff being consumed..AND 60 minutes of Aerobics..Very very good.

I was a good girl today!

Breakfast:
1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled w/ cheese
1 Turkey sausage link

Snack:
8 oz Chocolate calorie countdown milk
Small Apple

Lunch:
Protein shake
SF Pudding cup.. on the way to work.

Snack:
1 cup of raw veggies.. broccoli, baby carrots, cucumber slices
2 tbsp. of FF Italian dressing

Dinner:
Baked Chicken
Broccoli n cheese

Snack:
Yogart

Calorie~ 1120
Fat~ 44
Carbs~ 80
Protein~ 102

Lots of water and walked this morning.

"lunch" was a bit light but the rest looks really good. Numbers are really low for calories but the protein was good...I couldn't do better at all!

I did pretty well today, although I had a freakout and ate too much of that flax meal bread and it sat in my stomach like a rock:
2 americanos with half and half
3 protein drinks-1 met rx and 2 champion whey stack
low-carb stuffed pepper
Italian chopped salad with lettuce, salami, provolone, olives, tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette
bratwurst-1oz, sauerkraut, onion and mustard
low-carb flax meal bread with butter and low-sugar raspberry jam

Calories: 1,211
Protein: 110g
Carbs: 33g

I have had flax seed meal muffins from time to time and I know if I ate more than just alittle (one muffin) they'd be a brick in my pouch. I eat one well after dinner, before bed so if it just wants to sit there for hours at least I'm asleep...LOL.

I am going to try that low-carb stuffed pepper recipe tonight. I'm sure hubby will love it.

Surgery is at noon...I'm as ready as I'm gonna be. Just have to keep busy today and then bring reading material for the wait. He'll be out by 1 pm and I"ll be home by 2.

 I pray all goes well Dawn!
90 min kung fu at least, hard to eat again today, but got in about 1200 cals. Net cals are much lower.
4 protein drinks, open face tuna melt, oatmeal with raisins, cheese tortilla, wasabi peas.  Lots of protein in, but I need to eat more, but its almost 1145pm and I don't want to eat more.

You're probably nervous over the belt test today. That's usually what does it to me. I used to stress eat...Now I stress starve. My pouch just closes up when I'm stressed.
