Miracle Shirataki Noodle Question
Jessica B,
I would recommend visiting the Hungry Girl website. She often provides recipes for the noodles in her newsletter. In fact; yesterday, she had one for a peanut thai recipe, and it used the noodles. I have never tried them, as it was a little more than I wanted to spend on shipping. I will keep watch at Whole Foods, as I hope they will carry them. I do long to try them in recipes, as I weary of spagetti squash.

I agree with the chewy rubberband description. I try to stay away from all noodles no matter what they are made of. They seem to slip down my throat before being chewed well and I have gotten sick (you know the kind of sick I'm talking about) several times. I have seen them at Whole Foods and even at my regular Publix supermarket here in Hollywood, Fl.
Good luck
