Before/Lowest/Current/Goal I have come too far to take orders from a cookie!
I noticed at about a year out I all of the sudden could eat more and it was scary. Now at 3.5yrs post op I eat like a "normal" person being that if you saw me out to dinner you would never guess that I had wls~you might just assume that I was on a healthy eating plan, but I can eat quite a bit of food now at times. For me, eating 6 mini meals daily is a must, otherwise I get too hungry in between and my blood sugar goes thru too many highs and lows. I'm also sure to get in plenty of liquids in between meals, that way I know its true hunger and not thrist hunger. Head hunger is a whole different story, LOL! I also keeps healthy snacks around and prepared so if I get hungry for something, I can make it a good something instead of reaching for the quick fix which is generally junk food.
