Sunday accountability
How did you do today? Walked a few hours last night at epcott and had fun.
wasabi peas, 3 protein drinks, 1/4 roast beef sub, oatmeal with raisins, strawberries, hummus with tortilla. 1024 cals.
I needed to add more vegies today.

Yesterday was a weird food day.
b1-protein coffee
b2-2 eggs and 2 pc of whole wheat toast
L-salad with tuna, tomato, dried cherries, dried cranberries, chickpeas and onion (I started eating it and couldn't fini**** so I am not sure how many calories I had in it so I am guesstimating about half)
later on I did get hungry so I ate some pretzels dipped in peanut butter. I am going to get some celery today and start dipping that in peanut butter instead of pretzels. The salt is really bad.
S-plum
S-Zone bar and banana
d-2 oz. pork chop with noodles
s-sugar free ice cream and diet rootbeer
I think I had about 1223 calories and about 96 proteins
I will do better tracking today.
I didn't do any real exersise but I worked around the house

How did I do? Not good! I get so off track on the weekends. All I wanted to do yesterday was snack, snack, snack and i did!! Shame on me.
Breakfast:
3 strips of bacon, 1 slice of wheat toast w/ no cal spray butter
Snacks:
1 oz cheddar cheese
Handful of pretzels
Lunch:
2 FF Turkey hotdogs w/ mustard (no bun)
String cheese
Snacks:

Dinner:
2 slices of Roasted pork w/ bbq sauce
1/4 C. Penne Alfredo w/ shrimp and red peppers
Very small salad w/ ff blue cheese

More pretzels then I threw the rest in the trash

Hi everyone! Saturday was pretty bad, even though it was planned splurge and I enjoyed it-went to a dinner party and had 3 margaritas and all sorts of carby Mexican food, including fritos and dip, bites of quesadilla, and a scoop of ice cream. Back on track now, though! Here's what I had yesterday:

Sunday was my baby brother's birthday party. Hard to figure how much I ate but I did eat well. Better than Saturday where I fell about 30 grams short of 100 grams of protein...ouch..I just can't skip my oatmeal and tvp in the mornings. Nothing works right without that warm up to the pouch...
