Wow!  I cant believe it will be 4 years since my RNY in January!  That blows my mind.  It is still an addiction that I think about daily!  What I put in my mouth, if my stomach is moody today...should I drink more water,  drink protein.  Im really excited, since I hurt my leg last September (tore some ligaments after a nasty fall) I have not been able to exercise like I used to and I have gained some weight back, but beginning the first of October the community Center in my city is lowering their memberships and my daughters and i are joining it....So I will get lost in that.
My lowest weight I got down to was 160ish....I went to the dr the other day and Im at 192.  At 160ish I was not healthy.  I feel really good at 170.  So my goal is to start back to the exercise regime and get my protein and water and then it just works.

So I will be here daily to just check in....we all need the support!

Talk to you later

Stephanie

Hey Stephanie! We almost shared our anniversary dates~I was supposed to have rny on 1/3/05, but ended up being moved to 1/11/05 so we're still close!!! Its seems like yesterday at times, it seems like forever ago at times, but I'm like you~I still have a strong focus on my weight, my calories, my exercise, blah blah blah..........when will the obession end? I don't know that it ever will, but I keep hoping. Congratulations to you for getting back to the gym now that you're feeling better. I can tell you will continue to be a success for many years to come!

Almost 4 years, wow. Your tool is still there for you to work with. Sounds like you have a plan, exercise with getting back to basics should help you lose those pounds a get back to the weight you feel good at.

All the best
