Thursday accountability - what did you eat today?
wasabi peas, mandarin oranges, fish filet sandwich .75 of one, open face tuna melt, 3 protein shakes, sf peppermint patty.

Did not make it to kung fu today, will do some wii tonight.

It was another busy day. Here we are, close to halfway through September, and it still hasn't slowed down any!
B - grilled cheese flatbread & lg. iced coffee w/ cream & sugar from Dunkin Donuts
L - 4 oz. herbed mozzarella cheese on 8-10 Rosemary & Olive oil triscuits, 1 c grapes, 1 Atkins protein bar
S - Anti-Monkey Butt Shake - 2 scoops Banana Scream powder, 2 scoops upcal-D, 2 c. crushed ice, 1c half&half, blended & served with a straw.
D - Sandwich of roast pork, sharp provolone, roasted red peppers, and mayo on a crunchy roll (some of which got sacrificed to the dogs).
S - 2 oz chocolate with hazelnuts
Maintaining DSer, 2 years out.

Well, yesterday hubby was a big boy and went to get his blood work done. Whew...We're getting closer. Wednesday is the first cataract. I'm hoping to get some housework done while he's recooping...Maybe.
This is my Thursday:
:00 am 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss 6:00 am oatmeal, TVP, soy milk 7:00 am 24 oz SoBe Living Protein drink mix 8:00 am 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade 8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 medium banana 9:15 am 12 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade 10:15 am Lean Cuisine Breaded Baked Fish dinner, 1 serving of Fritos Chili Cheese 11:30 am 20 oz ice tea (lemon/splenda) ½ large burger with jack cheese and about 3 oz cooked beef, 1 slice sour dough, ½ ounce coleslaw 12:30 pm 24 oz Ocean Spray Drink Mix, Grapefruit 2:30 pm 1 pack Pringles Stix, Honey Wheat, 1 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, 1 medium pear 4:00 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
6:00 pm 4.5 oz pork chop, 1/2 cup baked potato, 1/2 cup SF Frozen Yogurt.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 2103
Fat: 73
Carbs: 226 (highest came from the fruit: banana and pear)
Protein: 145
Not bad on the protein...Usually I can stand a day this high in calories cuz I may have a day of only 1500 later in the week...

Its amazing how keeping it simple saves so many calories. I've been trying to eat dense protein and I've notice you can eat plenty when you eat a plain piece of chicken or fish. So few calories so much protein and your full. I can easily stay under my calories this way.
