I want to wish you well, I too am an addict and would find that crippling. Why can't it be put in a draw and taken out when someone wants it so it's not in plain sight.....easier said then done. Try to stay strong and know that i'm right there with you. ANDI

HI Jackie

I have a suggest for ms goodie bowl, I work in a office where there is around about 100 employee and most women so you know how that go with chocolate attacks, salt needs, any kind of sweet search. Well I has the lap-band done April 2008, I got me a bowl of different kinds of mints, lifesaver, bach stars, cinnamon I dont have the cheap one in my bowl they are full of sugar, sugar free mint. I put this on my desk and everytime the chocolate moster came I put a mint in my mouth,
Now most of the whole office come to my mint bowl, and less and less chocolate is around when they want candy they buy it out the candy machine.
I can rice cake when I must have something more, kill the need for sweet quick,
alway keep a few mints in you pocket, when you go to the staff meeting take mints and put them on the table and watch them go.
let me know how it go.
Good Luck  :)
