 tried to increase my cals. kung fu for 90 min today.  two oatmeals with raisins, 4 protein drinks, 3/4 bean burrito, open face tuna with cheese, v-8 juice, wasabi peas,

12:30 pm 12 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Lemon Berry
1:00 pm SoBe Living Crispy Meal Bar

Sounds like you had a good day.  I am back to try to increase my cals to 1400 a day .  Its such a chore to do and I always worry about weight gain, but I will give it a shot.....again!!

Hey, I did good yesterday til I slipped at work a little.

B~  South Beach Cereal Protein Bar & 8 oz Of CC chocolate milk

S~ 1 slice of ham & 1 slice of cheese rolled up

L~ 2 baked chicken legs & cucumber slices w/ ff italian

S~ 1 peanut butter cookie & 5 big baked tortilla chips dipped in cheese sause

D~ Smart One's frozen dinner

S~ Protein shake

I am a Medical Assistant at a hospital so because of the hurricane in our area, I have to work from 11 am to 2 am. It's gonna be so hard for me because my worst eating comes when I'm bored.  It's so slow in the hospital now and I ha ve hours til I leave!  I hope and pray I make good choices and not graze too much!

I had a good protein day yesterday!

2 americanos with half and half
2 protein shakes (Champion whey stack) I hope you're proud, Tami! :)
1 sm piece crustless quiche with spinach, feta, and onion
3/4 cup chicken, green bean and peanut sauce stiry-fry with shirataki noodles
1 cup canteloupe chunks
1/2 small plum
1 roasted chicken drumstick
1c soup-chicken sausage, kale, onion, zucchini, sweet potato, basil, tomato, cream, parmesan

Calories: 1,182
Protein: 121g
Carbs: 47g
