 try dailyplate.com to get you started. your carbs were pretty high I think. But all in all, your protein was good.

I have never seen SF or low-cal beets...these beets came from the salad bar at work.  I have satisfied my fix for awhile so I should be good.  Tried the Baractric  pretzels, but I didn't like them.

 i got some lower sugar beets in the store the other day, just check the cans, and you can enjoy them without alot of cals

Yesterday was one of those restricted days, and since I wasn't even hungry for dinner, I really should have just ditched the food and pushed for another protein shake-my protein total ended up being low. Anyway, here's what I had:
2 americanos with half and half
1 protein shake (Champion whey stack)
1/2 deviled egg
small piece crustless quiche (spinach, onion, feta)
boeuf bourguignon and mashed turnips (3 bites)
1 cup strawberries and nectarines with 1 Tbl cream
chicken/peanut /green bean stir fry with shirataki noodles (3 bites)
Calories: 1,094
Protein: 82g
Carbs: 48g

I'm only allowed 4oz of good carbs a day.  I'm jealous you can eat so many carbs..........

      S         Protein shake      Made with UNJURY unflavored, mandrean / mango SF to go drink tube, licquid vitamins, beni-fiber, ice & water ( blended )
      L   root beer float proteine shake
      probley going out for dinner, not sure what  I'll have yet.       Maybe grilled chicke breast and salid ?
