Are you still doing the wagon plan? I kind of gave up for awhile but may try it again now that school is back in session. You do need to eat more tonight;
I only got 1 protein drink so far but I am thinking of SF hot chocolate and adding some chocolate protein to it before bed. I have not totaled yet but this is what I ate.
B-BSN Banana Cream Protein drink
S-LF turkey bacon breakfast sandwich from Starbucks
L-Chicken ceasar low carb wrap
S-SF oatmeal cookies 5 mini
1/2 donut later
D- cubed staek 2 snall red potatoes and green beans. Last of the leftovers I will have to cook again tomorrow!
No gym as I had to work late to cover an ill call am just getting home.

 I am doing the wagon plan in that I eat oatmeal every morning, and I added some bread, like the piece I had on my open face tuna. I am also increasing my cals. Upped my cals to 1186
had some mandarin orange slices, and 2 oz of motz, and 1/4 c potato chips low fat

looks like you were having some sweet cravings.....ouch...that really threw you over the edge.  SF cookies were ok, it was that donut.  
Not tomorrow, every once in a while ok though!  But after you ate it, was it worth it?  Not getting on your case...just asking, ok? Its no biggie!  :)

What a DAY! Volunteered at a school for first day to direct parents to classrooms, had a luncheon provided for us for volunteering. Wore my brand new dress (which was an anniversary gift from my dear husband) and then after work we took our Best Man and his wife out to 18th anniversary dinner at Black Angus...Great dinner, wonderful evening. Didn't get to sleep until 11 pm but I'm back up at 5 am to make chili for an office function. My bosses boss is vegetarian and so I had the brilliant idea to make two chili's, one regular and one vegetarian...Both on the stove now...I'm hitting the ground running on this fine Wednesday...I'll definitely drop dead asleep about 7 pm tonight..or before that!

Yesterday:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss

6:45 am oatmeal, 2 servings of TVP, 1 fruit cup, 1 cup milk

7:15 am 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss

8:00 am 18 oz GV Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade

9:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc ham lunch meat

9:30 am 24 oz Crystal Light Drink Mix, Focus Citrus

10:15 am 1 oz Sun Chips, 1 oz Cream Cheese

11:45 am 1 roast beef sandwich with 1T mayo and double meat with half the bread

1:00 pm 1 medium pear, 1 plum

1:30 pm 24 oz Power Edge Drink Mix, Wild Berry

2:10 pm

1 oz cheese stick

2:45 pm 10 oz coffee w/swiss miss

3:30 pm 24 oz Crystal Light Live Active Drink Mix, Raspberry Peach

4:15 pm ½ package of beef Jerky

4:45 pm 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Grapefruit (sadly, this is the last one, I think.)

 7:30 pm 3 grilled shrimp (large) 1 small lobster tail, iced tea (before)

Not enough protein, Not enough calories and No protein shake. I planned on having one when I got home last night but was still full from dinner.  I started my period and usually want to eat everything in site but today I had to make myself eat. weird?!

This is what I ate yesterday...

8 oz Calorie Countdown chocolate milk
Plum
WW yogart
Slim fast protein bar
4 saltines
cucumber slices and other raw veggies w/ ff italian
Baked chicken & steamed cabbage
SF chocolate pudding.

Yesterday was a good day for me protein-wise, although higher in calories/fat than usual due to too much cream in my coffees and too much cheese all around. I'm working on that!

2 protein shakes (Champion whey stack chocolate-yum)
1/2 deviled egg
Crustless quiche with taco meat and cheddar-small piece
1/2 c boeuf bourguignon with 1/4 c mashed turnips
Low-carb deep dish pizza ("crust" is made with eggs and cream cheese)-2" square slice
1 cup sliced strawberries and nectarines with 1 Tbl heavy cream
2 americanos with half and half

Calories: 1,242
Protein: 117g
Carbs: 50g
