 Hi gang....hope you are checking in to keep on track with your foods!!

Today I had my leftover steak and mashed potatoes, string cheese, hummus snack, wine, wasabi peas, 3 protein shakes.
Did about 30 min kung fu, but I did not put into my daily plate activities. Oh well. here's my cals

How did I do today?
Not good, if it didn't move I ate it.  Not going to beat myself up though because tomorow is another day!  Don't know what was wrong with me today...get up and dust myself off and start all over again!

I really feel it too, my heart is racing and I'm light headed...talk about a sugar rush.  I guess that's what it is.

Well, I fell a tad short on calories today even with dessert..Just not into snacking today at all. Lazy day too. Did some cleaning and did the carpet in our room and moved furniture in my son's room but otherwise, I didn't do much else. We gave away our tickets to the fair yesterday. Too hot and muggy to be sitting in the bleachers.

My foods today:
Breakfast: spinach and swiss omelet (figured 2 eggs)
Lunch: about a cup of left over rice pilaf with hamburger meat from a dinner last week with salsa and FF sour cream
Snack: Protein Bar (19 grams of protein)
Dinner: 5.25 oz beef steak, grilled, 1/4 cup frozen green peas, cooked. 1 small baked potato
Dessert: 1/2 cup Frozen Yogurt, Blue Bunny Strawberry Cheesecake.

Probably only had about 60 oz of water today..Not enough.

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1685
Fat 75
Carbs: 136
Protein: 125

Not too bad on protein but just a tad shy on the calories. I'm sure my body is adjusting to the weight now and redistributing some of my weight..Seems my jeans are a bit tighter than they were and the waist is looser...Getting curves back again I think.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

 Not bad Dawn....and doesn't it feel good to do something unexpected and nice to strangers?  I gave away a 10$ shopping coupon the other day cuz I couldn't find anything I liked. Made me feel good too!

I had two protein drinks today! Thae day started off a little rough food wise but I pulled it back together in the afternoon and evening. I splurged this morning but thoroughly enjoyed it!We went to a little town ( Poulsbo)this morning for a walk, window shopping  and breakfast. My husband went off to see a few friends, my daughter went to a birthday party and I went to theY, and then I made a yummy dinner! I put cube steak in the crockpot with Healthy request cream of mushroom soup, lipton onion soup mix and water. I also made fresh green beans with baby red potatoes. I am glad tomorrow is a day off I need to clean and get all our back to school stuff done.
Pre B- BSN desert protein vanilla with raspberries
B-Eggs benedict( 1 egg, half a muffin and very little sauce) 1/4 C potatoes and 1/2 slice french toast
S-Snickerdoodle-small but froma bakery and it was good! Of course I was nauseated afterwards for an hour
L-BSN Desert protein chocolate coconut and a few almonds
D-cubed steak, green beans, 3 small red baby potatoes
S- Popcorn
S-0%fage, raspberries and bran buds.
30 minutes of walking/jogging and 60 minutes of Zumba, all my water and vitamins

Hi. I haven't had a protein shake all weekend. Shame on me!

B~ 1/2 NY strip steak & 1 scrambled egg

S~ 1 FF turkey hotdog (no bun)

L~ Crab legs & Corn on the cob

S~ 3 strips of turkey bacon

D~ Steak, Grilled shrimp, 1/2 baked potato and Asparagus

S~ 1/2 C. NSA Vanilla Ice cream

S #2~ 1 lite beer

Yes, Steak is my favorite food!

Lets just say that this weekend was not good so I am starting over today.  I am doing really well today with calories and writing stuff down.  I have not drank enough.  My sister and her clan came down for the weekend so I ate to much.  Today I have had
B-protein coffee
B2-two eggs and two pieces of whole wheat toast.
L-salad with grilled chicken, tomato, dried cherries, red peppers, onions and lite poppy seed dressing.
S-pretzels and peanut butter
D-probably left of chicken and alittle bit of potato salad.
S later sugar free ice cream and diet rootbeer.
I need to drink about 3 or 4 more glasses of liquid.  I will make some more decaf coffee, I love the taste of it.   Everyone have a great day and God bless, Penni
