margarita Friday accountability - what did you eat today!

Hello ladies.
I didn't do fitday yesterday. Was busy.

Breakfast: 1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled with ham

Snack: Lunchable Jr

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, cheese and ff mayo in a LC wheat wrap & a pickle spear

Snack: WW Yogart

Dinner: Grilled zuchinni, peppers, onions, broccoli, Chicken breast, Shrimp, Filet migon, side salad, soup and rice. Went to a Japanese steak house and had a little bit of each.

Snack: 1/2 Cup of  NSA Chocolate ice cream.

Oh, I almost forgot. I had 2 lite beers

Went to my parents and decided to ride their stationary bike and omg, it killed my legs. I could only do 15 minutes.

 go figure!! I wonder if the tension was too high on the bike?

Tension was too high.. yea, we will go with that but the truth is, I'm out of shape!

This was yesterday

Breakfast - Lite english muffin spread with light cream cheese, reduced sugar yogurt

Snack - Fuzzy navel protein shake

Lunch - Spinach salad with diced grilled chicken, egg, and shredded cheese w/ light dressing

Dinner - Yummy homemade orange chicken, grilled zucchinni

Snack - String cheese and grapes
