 1/2 glass wine, liver onions and mashed potatoes, oatmeal, 3 protein drinks, slice bread with t una and slice cheese, (will eat these later)  friday sf margarita, strawberries, wasabi peas

30 min kung fu at home (really 45 )

 I had egg, ham and cheese half sandwich for breakfast.

pretzels and peanut butter for snack

fat free turkey and cheese sand for lunch

sf mtn dew and coffee

lays potato chips for snack

4 orange juice and rum for dinner

 orange and rum friday for you!  Where is your protein???  I'd encourage you to supplement at least one whey protein shake a day!!! glad to have you post with us!!

I had about 1172 cals today:
1 bottle K20 Water,
1 cup of coffee w/ hazelnut powdered creamer and sweet-n-low,
1 Advantage Vanilla Protein Shake,
Sugar Free Gelatin
1 container ofCreamy Chicken Soup-at-Hand,
4 Whole Grain Crackers,
12 pieces Shrimp Scampi,
1 Jello Sugar Free Double Chocolate pudding.
4 pieces Rotisserie chicken wing dings.
Again, I sipped water throughout the day but probably not enough.
I'm almost done with Day 3 of the 5 Day Pouch Test but I ate the firm protein that I should be eating on Day 4.  I think today would have been better if I stayed away from those crackers and ate more soft proteins.   I'll probably have a Pure Protein bar before bed.

 is advantage a whey protein?  Our bodies absorb whey better.  I dont' recall what this shake has in it, same with the protein bar.  Good day for you though, I can see you were trying to make good choices!

Sober and eating well. Today:

1 C Kashi Go Lean and 1 C Silk unsweetened soy milk.
1 Lean Pocket, had some kind of chicken and cheese in in it, 260 calories, but lots of fiber and protein.
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 Fiber One bar
2 slices 2% cheese
an omlette made out of Eggbeaters and a ton of veggies (spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, green peppers)

Don't know calorie count, but feel ok about my choices today, feeling that they were healthy ones.

Took my 8 year old daughter and her friend to a theme/water park today; 10 hours of fun! I started off well and spiraled from then on! I am emberrassed to write it but I ate it! This park does not allow outside food and they search your bags going in! I thought I would be able to find a salad somehwere but no! I found a subway after I had already ate 1/2 kids pizza. I also missed several spots on me with the sunscreen(ouch); I think I will just go to bed!
B-protein(whey) drink and 1/2 c steel cut oats
S- 100 calorie pack snack
L 1/2 kids cheese pizza
D-cheeseburger happy meal
S-not sure; am sick from the Not so Happy Meal and sipping on peppermint tea.
