Friday Weigh-in
That is great! Being able to eat that many calories gives you the ability to choose from a wide variety of foods, too! I am pushing close to 1500 per day on average. I added a pound this week.
However, I didn't take my lasix this week, so I am thinking I gained water weight. My goal is to maintain from 117 to 122. So I am still successful in that!

Last week/this week 147/147. My scale was totally broken for about a month there, so I'm really glad to see myself maintaining. I had someone encourage me recently to get down to 135 so I can have lost 200#. I didn't really know what to think of it. I'm pretty happy here, and have been WORKING to not loose or gain any weight until I can find someone in the know to advise me on if I should be trying to lose a bit more or maintiaing. I'm within my BMI- so I know I'm no longer overweight. but what's a healthy body weight for ME? Wish I knew!

New goal: Find my balence
134.4 last week, and 134.4 this week.
I've been doing the wagon plan. Haven't lost. But I am holding water in my legs bit time for several weeks. I've gained since starting this plan, about 1.5 lbs. Will email James and find out why.
My cals are aroune 12-1300, and I exercise 4 times a week.
I am looking into a colon cleanse to do next week, I'll keep you posted.

This is my first Friday weigh-in and I weighed in at 152.5#. I just finished Day 3 of the 5 Day Pouch test hoping that this will jumpstart my weight loss again. I have lost and gained the same 3# too many times to count. I'm hoping that by posting my weight here each Friday, I will be motivated to work harder at getting off this plateau and start losing again.
Okay, I need to start being accountable. My lowest weight was 127, my average weight is around 130, but I'm starting to snack a lot and eat poorly. I've put on 5 pounds - this morning I weighed in at 135.8. UGH!. I started keeping track of my eating and I TRY to eat about 1380 per day. Hopefully, I can lose a few pounds. I'd like to be somewhere between 120 and 125.
I reached 142 for my lowest about 3 or 4 mos ago, but I was also not really eating enough or doing well at that time, I'm doing better and eating much better and staying between 149 and 153 right now, currently today 151.
If I stayed this weight 4ever I am ok with that I suppose and feel decent, but I really would be the most happy a little bit lower, say 140-145.
I am still trying to be ok and learn how to be in recovery, so I am still in the air as to what weight I'll end up and be able to maintain in a comfortable way, but for now I guess I am ok.
If being at a lower weight means horrible struggles, severe food restrictions, and constant exercise I'm not ok with that if I know that I can be where I am 10 lbs heavier without that, but I still don't know yet. Still a learning process, but hopefully will know more in the next few months.
