I did my 30 minutes on the treadmill doing the couch to 5K workout and 15 minutes on the eliptical waiting for a treadmill to open up. I took my daughter to see Kit Ketteridge at the $2.00 movies; it was an absolutely darling movie! I will have a snack before bed, not sure what though!

I have been really working on trying to get back on track this past week. I did 45 mins on the eliptical machine it was tough but I did it and feel great!

Breakfast - Eight grain roll (starbucks)

Lunch - String cheese, chicken breast

Snack - 100 calorie choc. pretzel

Dinner - Slice of Ham & pineapple pizza

 yikes....that wasn't alot.  our protein was very low.  Can you work on increasing this....add some protein shakes too??

Wow...you are burning those calories! My day was pretty good. Better mentally:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee

6:00 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk

6:30 am 5 oz coffee

7:00 am 24 oz GV Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade

8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc honey roasted turkey ham

10:15 am 18 all bran crackers, 1 oz FF cream cheese, ½ large tomato

11:30 am 1 Tina's Burrito, Spicy Bean and Cheese

12:00 pm 12 oz Crystal Light Drink Mix, Blueberry

12:45 pm 1 medium pear, 1/4 cup soy nuts, 2 pc SF candy w/nuts

1:30 pm 12 oz Crystal Light Drink Mix, Blueberry

Dawn!  My walmart isn't selling Morning Spark anymore!! and I don't know where else to find it.. it must be around cause you are still drinking it. It's my favorite "pick me up" drink! I read you drank grapefruit morning spark and I felt a little jealousy rising! (hahaha..jk..but I was sad that I can't find it anymore!)

That does it...I'm going to Walmart today and getting all they have. If they don't carry it anymore I'll never be able to wake up in the afternoons...LOL. Caffeine is my drug of CHOICE...

I can score you some if you can't find it..I'll let you know how my stock runs later.
