Posted a reply on my previous outrageous thread.
Today I had 100oz of Kashi Go Lean, 2 Cups of Silk unsweetened soymilk.
1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 T of Light Hellmann's Mayo, T unsweetened relish, and a slice of Wonder whole grain fake bread,k 80 cals.
Dinner: was out, so hard to tell which makes me nuts and crazy and makes me want to blow everything off from the fact of not knowing:
1/2 a piece of some kind of cooked sausage. (if I were to measure I'd say 1/4 to 12 a cup), a pile of veggies (squash, eggplant, peppers, onion, zucchini, about 1 cup), and 6 cooked ziti noodles, they said they stir fried the veggies in a bit of olive oil, who knows what that really means.
When I got home I had 3 torilla chips with a small amount of avacado, tomato, garlic, and red onion.
Hoping to do well with food and nutrition tomorrow, thanks.

Eating out is a little scary, I admit. I'm kind of a control freak about what I eat. Something that's helped me (and it took a while to do) is keeping a pocket sized notebook of the restaurants in my area that I frequent the most. I then visit their website to look for nutrition information and make a list of the things that are appropriate for my diet at that location.

For restaurants without a website, I plug the ingredients into fitday to get a general idea of the nutritional content.

I keep the little notebook in my purse and it's kept me from panicking many times.
