 Did not do daily plate today. But had 2 margaritas yesterday, so I ate less cals today to make up for it.
Had my 3 protein shakes, cherries, lasagna, small garlic bread, salad with chicken and spinach, oatmeal with raisins. piece home made SF apple pie, . Should drink a v-8 to get my veges up. Worked on kung fu all day till I went to my daughters for dinner.

BAD BAD  BAD BAD I ate some ok things but man my foot was still throbbing and I didnt want to live on pain meds today so I drank tea all day!  I did eat some shrimp for dinner, low cal and high protein but the rest was snacky in between my naps!  One more month and hopefully the cast will be gone!

It must've been lasagna day, because I had some, too!

B - lg iced coffee w/ cream & sugar, bac/egg/cheese on half a croissant from Dunkin Donuts
L - Sausage lasagna (I picked the noodles out & threw them out - I've lost my taste for pasta)
S - Atkins caramel peanut roll
D - Steak, pork chop, cauliflower in cheese sauce, ice cream, 2 cookies, 1 sm. rice krispie triangle, 1 teensy piece of fudge (like the size of my thumbnail - I've never had a smaller piece!).  We went to Old Country Buffet.

S - popcorn w/ extra butter

There was more sugar than I usually have at dinner tonight.  I blame Aunt Flo.  She twisted my arm.

After tallying things on the daily plate I should of ate more. I should of made a protein drink before the gym instead of having half a Luna Bar before and after. I did my couch to 5 K workout and then an hour of Zumba. I got my water in and vitamin but need to go take my calcium before I forget again! It is hard to get them all in when you cannot take it all together.
B- steel cut oatmeal w raisons and splenda and a protein drink; banana cream.
S- watermelon, bite of my daughters hot dog
L- low carb tortilla, turkey, swiss and lettuce
S- Luna Bar 1/2 before and 1/2 after the gym
D-chicken breast teriyaki, 1/4 C rice, 1 fortune cookie  and salad
S-0% fage, 1 C raspberries and a squirt of whip cream
1434 calories, 401 net calories 110 grams protein and 140 carbs

I stayed pretty much on track today. I always worry I'm not going to get enough if I don't snack. My snacks were on the run and just protein bars but I didn't do too bad..After yesterdays wall to wall fruit, I guess I stayed fruit free Saturday...Better on the veggies Sunday, I guess

I had a snack of cheese and lunch meat (my normal mid morning snack from the middle of the week) for my breakfast. I was headed out the door to breakfast with some girlfriends.

3 egg omelet with ortega chilis and sausage. Picked at the potatoes and had two cups of coffee while we waited...

Hubby took me to a frozen yogurt shop and they had NSA blueberry..I had a half cup of that and the NSA Vanilla too with about a 1/3 cup of thawed from frozen blueberries..yumo.

My parents took us out to lunch and I had a huge burger with half the bun. A bit of lettuce and two slices of tomatoe. It had ortega chilis on it so this must have been an ortega day.

I had a SoBe Living Way drink and a protein bar to hold me to dinner

Hubby opened a can of chili for dinner and added the steak meat from the night before to boost the protein and I put a slice of chedder on top. Then we headed off to bed and I got some much needed sleep...

Totals for the day:
Calories: 2080
Fat: 100
Carbs: 128
Protein: 169.5

The totals only count if I measured right and I'm not sure but I think I'm close. I didn't count the potatoes I nibbled at all..I had to guess on a few things like the oz of beef in the chili.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
