 Margarita friday!  whoo-hoo!!

Busy shopping and cleaning. Picked up my coo-coo clock from cleaning. Bought a steam mop from bed bath and beyond. Like it so far, does good job and pads are washable. Cheaper than my swifter and does a better clean.
Going to play cards tonight with my girlfriends.
Can't get daily plate to list my foods but here are my totals: 120 grams protein.

Still working the wagon plan.

How did your day go??

I want one of those steam cleaners! Glad to hear they actually work. I had an okay day no exercise but am a little tired today.Hard week at work if stress burns calories I should be o.k! I think adding a V-8 is a good idea, I like veggies but do not seem to eat too many. I have been trying to add a protein drink before I work out. I think I will buy some of the protein nectars and add to my water I drink during a workout. I may have another snack before bed probably string cheese.
B- protein drink with low carb yogurt
S 2% fage, raspberries and bran buds
L-flat bread salad from quiznos only 1/4 bread and no dressing
S-low carb protein bar
D-potato, scrambled eggs w cheese and turkey sausage
S-SF peanutbeutter cup
1425 calories, 125 protein and 124 carbs all my water, vitamins and calcium.

Not bad for you!  Like you the v-8 helps me be on track. Seems by the time I work on the protein, and fats and carbs, the veges get pushed to the end of the list!
Did you c heck out the website I put in friday weigh in?  I got it from James , who promotes the wagon plan.  Its a site to figure you individual bmr and know the minimal and max cals you should get in  day!

Sorry to hear about the allergic reaction, are you ok today?  What happens, do you have trouble breathing or just get tired?
Hope today went better for you...just listen to your body and be careful!

First my eyes start to itch (we have cats and I'm allergic so if the long haired one comes too close to me this can happen anytime) and my throat gets scratchy. Then my nose stops up completely and I have to breathe through my mouth and can't really lay down. I got a sinus headache..I actually took my medication and it didn't work. So much for the fast release stuff we decided on since surgery.

If it gets really bad I cough and have to clear my throat. That's when the throat is starting to close up..It's all a matter of resistance. The allergy shots increase over time so that I build up a resistance to the allergen...And then I'm "cured". I've been doing this for five years. I started out with four shots, three times a week. Now I'm down to two shots (the most stubborn of my allergies) once a week. I haven't had the flu in 5 years and no pneumonia..I think it's working but dh gets frustrated especially when he wants to go out on a friday night and I'm miserable and in bed...
