Weigh-in Friday
Last week: 154.8
This week: 154.4
Height: 5'10"
Not bad. There's that sick and twisted part of me that still doesn't believe that I'm thin and wants to see how far I can go, but most of me knows that I don't need to lose any more weight. I might up my calorie goals again. I lost when I was under 1500; I adjusted to going between 1500 and 1800 and still am losing about half a pound a week... With the running right now (half marathon in 15 days!), I think I'm going to go to 1800-2000...
How about you? What's your weigh in today? :-)

You are not sick and twisted....just living with a memory of a previous "life" . Mine was 45 years of habits!! You are doing great!!
Going on to a week with the wagon plan. had to adjust the cals more, so its not a true week. 133 this week and 132 last week. 4 days of vigerous training 90 min each, and feeling good.
I'll have a better opinion on the wagon plan when I've done it another week.

it tells you to go to linearsoftware.com where you can input measurements and find out accurate daily calorie intake for your body specifically. I started this two days ago, and now I know how much I need for the type of exercise I do. Check it out.

Thank you Tami for the website,
that was fun. i am right dab in the middle of ideal. I sort of did a guess of what my inches might be after plastics. I should end up in the lean section...
I am getting anxious to do some PS!
thanks again for the info.

Today I weighed 123.4...I'm 5' 5"
I know that's more than it was last week. Probably even a whole pound more. It's not real. It's not real. No way I gained a pound unless it's water weight.
Now my mind is sick and twisted...I know I need to work on eating more and I know I need to gain some weight. I know it. But when I see that number even alitlte bigger I'm not sure I'm going to have a good day. You know what I'm saying? Am I gonna be cranky cuz my weight is increased? Gosh I hope not. I'm going to try not to be cranky today.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I know exactly what you mean! I will wake up in the morning and feel great about myself, put on an outfit, look in the mirror, and say, "Dang! I am smokin!" But then I can step on the scale and blow my whole outlook because of a number! I have to keep reminding myself that I wanna be healthy, I wanna be healthy. So I'll say to you: good job on gaining a little and good job staying on the path to healthy! :-)
