Bad morning but better afternoon...I'm still very short myself on calories. Because I was overly stressed this morning I couldn't eat. What a concept? Before WLS I ate to releave stress..Now stress causes my pouch to SHUT DOWN...yikes.

7:00 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Berry Punch
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc honey roasted turkey ham lunch meat
9:45 am 18 all bran crackers, 1 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
10:15 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
12:00 pm DelMonte Chicken Cacciatore meal
12:30 pm 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit, 1/4 cup TVP
1:30 pm 20 oz (with ice) Mocha coffee Ice
1:45 pm 1 large grapefruit, raw (peeled and eatten like an orange)
2:30 pm 1 pkg Pringles sticks, Honey Butter
3:00 pm 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Orange
4:00 pm 24 oz Crystal Light Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
6:00 pm 4 oz roasted chicken breast, 1 cup of mixed salad including tomato and zucchini. 2 Tablespoons of Free Honey Dijon Dressing..Yumo.
