 have to get more food in to get to 1500 cals today. had 1279 so far. Will make up some hummus with a small flour tortilla later.
really working the wagon plan.h...kung fu for 90 min today.

Bad morning but better afternoon...I'm still very short myself on calories. Because I was overly stressed this morning I couldn't eat. What a concept? Before WLS I ate to releave stress..Now stress causes my pouch to SHUT DOWN...yikes.

My day:
6:00 am 10 oz coffee
6:30 am 1/3 cup Oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Berry Punch
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc honey roasted turkey ham lunch meat
9:45 am 18 all bran crackers, 1 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
10:15 am 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
12:00 pm DelMonte Chicken Cacciatore meal
12:30 pm 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit, 1/4 cup TVP
1:30 pm 20 oz (with ice) Mocha coffee Ice
1:45 pm 1 large grapefruit, raw (peeled and eatten like an orange)
2:30 pm 1 pkg Pringles sticks, Honey Butter
3:00 pm 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Orange
4:00 pm 24 oz Crystal Light Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
6:00 pm 4 oz roasted chicken breast, 1 cup of mixed salad including tomato and zucchini. 2 Tablespoons of Free Honey Dijon Dressing..Yumo.

Protein: 126

Now I did take a bite of mashed potatoes but since my pouch is rejecting most anything over a 5 oz portion...I'm stopping right there.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

 this is a lower day for you!  Stress does that to me too, last night for instance I really had a grouchy pouchy!

I could not post o your first one for some reason.
Busy day for me I guess I should of ate more according to the wagon plan but did fairly well I think.
1302 calories 686 net after an hour of Zumba 119 gm protein and 112 carbs
B-2%fage, raspberries and bran buds
S Banana cream protein drink
L-hamburger patty w ith cheese and onions and 1/2 the bun
S ostrum stick
S 100 cal pack Lorna Doones
D-Tortilla pizza with turkey bacon
All my water, vitamins and calcium. I am anxious to weigh Sunday Morning to see if increasing my calories will get me out of this stall. I seldom have a grouchy pouchy but have not been all that hungry for the last month for some reason. I gave up crystal light except for one glass in the evening before dinner.

In it is a site where you measure and find out specific caloric intake for your body and exercise level.  I found that I need 1400-1500 cals a day according to my work outs.  This is much higher than I have been eating. So I started a greater increase a few days ago.  I am 1 lb higher than last week, but I'm also holding a fair amount of water weight right now.  
I am not eating lots of carbs, except adding one or two servings of oatmeal.

For you, i'd encourage you to add another protein drink to your mix.  And perhaps a v-8?  I tried adding this because I'm not a big vege eater.

Thanks! I just did it. To lose 1-2 pounds a week it says to eat 1944 calories a day. I had oatmeal again today and will have it again tomorrow.I weigh tomorrow mornig so I will see how this worked for me this week.

 let me know.  I'm holding lots of water this week. Maybe its the humidity here or something, so I can't accurately determine weight loss or gain. But its different trying to eat so much calories.

I feel like I had a pretty good day. We had lunch served today and then meetings. I felt awesome about my choices at lunch--there were tons of desserts but I stuck with the fruit--I didn't want an upset tummy or sweat rolling off my face when I was trying to present at the meeting!

I ran five miles. I'm taking today off! I've done 27 miles since Saturday! Whew! My DH thinks I've lost my mind. :-)

 I am so th rilled for you to see how you are gaining such confidence and control of your mind. Running a maratahon is no easy task and I applaude you.
Keep up your protein in all of this, and with your type of exercise your carbs will need to be up too.
