friday check in....
well had an ok day today...not feeling my best today and a little sore from doing that kickboxing video yesterday but i worked through it. i also have problems with vertigo every few months and i keep getting that feeling that it's coming on so i guess i'm going to try and take it easy this weekend. here's my day...

B - protein bar, banana w/peanut butter
Kickboxing video (30 minutes)
S - hard boiled egg
L - chicken and cheese
1 mile WATP express
S- apple
D- pizza toppings on a low carb tortilla
S- strawberries w/jello
S- maybe a protein bar..depends on the blood sugar
Ok...I see that Stephanie does not work outside the home.....
B: As Usual: Yougart with bananna
L: Squash/Mashed taters with hamburger patty (left overs)
S: Cottage cheese with fruit
D: Chicken and salad
S: S/F popsicles - IM HOOKED ON THEM>>>>>>
I am boiling peanuts...I have to have some of them too... I will get up and do my 4 miles in the AM....

Hello! I hope everyone will have a fun weekend! I have done so-so. am nauseated again right now it comes and goes for no reason, oh well. If it came often enough I would be at goal! I would be miserable but at goal, hmmm, which would I rather be?
B- EAS protein drink
L-inside of quiche, few bites of salad and three bites of my sisters desert.
D-tuna, cheese and peppercinis
S- 3 SF Snackwell lemon cookies
Walked a little bit while my daughter was in ballet but I was unsure what time it ended so I did not want to be gone too long. I plan on a nice long walk on the trail tomorrow after my duaghters soccer game and I will be cleaning my messy house this evening.

Had a good day until my Hubby so thoughtfully and lovingly brought home my favorite no sugar added ice-cream. I never keep the foods I like that much in the house, since I have trouble with portion control with foods that I love.

1.5 packed frozen fish
1/2 c salad with dressing
1/4 of an sf ice cream bar
4 homemade chocolate/peanutbutter/walnut/raisin sf chocolate drops
15 almonds
achiev protein with vitamins
worked in the front yard today. Had a good day. Stayed away from my cheetos!

Sure
sf chocolate chips, couple scoops of peanut butter, crushed walnute, raisins, often I add some unflavored protein.
Microwave chocochips and peanut butter about 1 min till soft, then fold in remaining ingredients. Drop with teaspoon on wax paper and set in fridgerator.
The amounts vary with how much cc and peanut butter you put in. Sometimes I add more raisins to use up the extra cc chip mixture. They are yummy!

new to this group but i think it will help me because i need to get back on track. now this is going to be hard for me at first cause not even my husband sees some of the junk i eat and since i have gained the 50lbs it is hard for me to motivate myself to work out but hopefully seeing what i am eating and working out or not working out on a everyday basis my failure will be my own motivation plus seeing what others are doing will help also. so here i go...1st day for check in....
b- egg, cheese, and bacon taco, lg coffee, 12 oz water and a cran grape juice.
s- two 1oz cheese sticks, apple sauce, 12oz water, 32oz cup of ice from sonic that i eat on through out the day
l- 1 piece of fried catfish, small salad that i dipped into the ****tail sauce for dressing, hand full of m&m's 12 oz water
s- bad of hot fries, hand full of pumkin seeds, hand full of more m&m's, part of my lg sweet tea
s- hand full of mini chocolate chip cookies, rest of my sweet tea
d- n\a- i play in a pool tournement on fridays so i usually dont eat but i did have two beers.
exercise- NONE

wow, to see it written down does make a differnce, i wish i would of posted it earlier so that way my saturday check in would not be as bad. 261lbs
B - nada... overslept

D - few bites of steak, baked squash, and parsley/butter potatoe. I was on the phone all evening. Our POA is having an "Ice Cream Social" at our place Saturday...ugh!
