No really, I will be a good girl tomorrow, I have lot's to do and that helps. I gotta get things in order before Tuesdays TT.
Wouldn't you know it, I get an email tonight for an interview this month, hope I can suck it up and go, I don't want to miss the opportunity... Hubby thinks I am crazy, but I figure if I can drag myself in and fake that I feel great for a while, I will have a good chance.(If I don't go, I can't re-apply with the company at a later date)

Hi Steph, day started out good and is ending good but I did a
during the day, I hate this time of month when I crave chocolate. I fought the urge all day til about 3 *sigh*
Breakfast: couple bites of watermelon and cantelope
Snack: cheese stick
Lunch: salad greens with 1/2 roma tomato, deli turkey and cheese w/parm & roasted garlic salad dressing
Snack: Dark Chocolate M&Ms
Dinner: chicken and 2 tbsp mashed potatoes

here let me make you feel better...they say dark chocolate is the best chocolate to eat. it's my favorite...luckily i dump on sugar and only eat the sf chocolates every now and then...when i do it's usually from a candy store and i only buy a piece or two of chocolate to get my fix. but i know what you mean about that time of the month...i was just there and i told my mom while we were shopping...I NEED CHOCOLATE. so i got it and ate it right then and there before it was even paid for...that's sad!! but it tasted so good...
i was reading an article today that said protein bars aren't much better for you than a candy bar so that we might as well be eating candy bars instead of fooling ourselves into thinking we're being healthy eating a protein bar. so there you go...

Walked 4 miles, all my water half of my vitamins. This was a good week for me exercise wise and less carbs. Have a great weekend everyone!

I am late checking in. I left work yesterday and left going to Alabama where I am from to see my cousin and her new baby at the hosptial. I didn't get home until 10:30 last night. But I had a pretty good day.
B 2 egg cheese omelet
S apple
L 1/2 hamburger patty with 1/2 pc cheese on top and a slice of tomato
a few french fries
S kashi bar
D soup (broccoli/cheese) and salad (lettuce, tom, carrots, cabbage, cheese) with 1000 island dressing

D 2 chic strips, corn
S 1/2 cup of nut/raisin/cherry trail mix (horrible calories but great protein)
Overall not tooooooo bad... am afraid to get on the scale today...lol
played tennis last night with DH.... actually we chased balls more than anything but worked up a sweat....
