Yes indeed!!!  Another 5am run completed 3.8 miles...I so ROCK!!

S:  Boiled Eggs; Oatmeal
L:  Chicken Chili; Salad
S:  Cottage Cheese; Apple
D:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh

Water:  7/11
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  5am, 3.8 miles

D:  homemade chicken soup

S:  Yogurt chobani greek

S:  1 no sugar added fudgsicle

l- 3 ounces of tuna w avacado

s- fat free popsicle

d - 3 ounces of cottage cheese and soft veggies

exercised 30 minutes

Breakfast - chicken with artichokes and sun dried tomatoes - yum

Lunch - crack slaw

Lunch2 - ham and green bean casserole

Dinner - balsamic chicken thighs

vitamins - on track

water - could use some attention

exercise - recumbent bike - already done

I'm off to get some water.
