How do you sleep at night?

LOL...my BF told me I am like Goldilocks...too funny.

I may complain about the pain, but I would take it any day in a heartbeat over taking back the 120 lbs I have lost. I certainly have a new set of aches and pains, but life in general is so different now that I am constantly amazed and grateful.

I noticed that when I try to sleep on my side I wake up in a new position (usually my stomach). However, I went to sleep on my back last night...and woke up in the same exact position!

Might be a good idea about the twin topper...our bed already looks weird because we have separate comforters (I get cold, he gets hot, haha).

The tailbone issues...yeah, WHOLE other topic.

I am delighted that I no longer snore. I keep asking the BF several times a week to make sure. I donated my old CPAP machine yesterday - woohoo!

LOL!!

we have separate comforters too!!!

actually I'm 2 fleece blankets...

and he's an old as dirt comforter (from when we first got married 23 yrs ago!!)

he also likes to wrap himself like a burrito..and I'd loose any part of the comforter

that I had, so we went to separate blankets very early in our marriage!

Haha, so we're not the only ones. I gave up on having a "pretty" bed when he moved in last year. He has an old, gross looking comforter (and he also burritos himself up). I have my pretty comforter, and another blanket on top of that because I get so cold. Next year I'm breaking down and getting an electric blanket.

I bought a new mattress two months ago.I felt my body imprint was the reason for my side hip pain.Well I still have it.But it does make me get out of bed sooner.I do think one of those pillows might help.

Ah bummer...it is probably actually your bone pressing into your skin...weird huh? Wish I could sleep in a cloud.

Hmm, I wonder. Years ago I got a knock off memory foam mattress. Was wonderful at first, but I ended up with huge body imprints in it after like a year. Of course I was 240 lbs or so at the time. But the warranty didn't cover that because it was "normal wear and tear." BF is about 230...so I wonder if the same thing would happen if I got a new one.
