I know I haven't posted in a long time, that is because my weight loss has been very slow, slowly but surely.
I am now 13 months post op. All my blood test results are fine. I haven't had any MAJOR side effects yet…
So from my highest I am down 136 lbs and 126 since my VSG.
I am doing great, still working out, and counting my calories. I eat between 800-1000 calories, however I can eat way more these days (TOM) if I don’****ch myself.
PS: Take fully advantage of your Honeymoon phase (first 6months) since losing weight is much harder after the initial 6 months in my opinion.
Love you guys!
Sonia
